And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating
