Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this
trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many
hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your
hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs. Did bit use spa but

First time at Ibis Aberdeen and although we've stayed in Ibis Glasgow, this was by far a much more warmer experience. Getting to the hotel is very easy if you coming my air then take 727 stagecoach till union square or broad street and the hotel is in front of you and if you coming by train walk 250 meter towards the harbor everything is centrally located if you book ibis union square trust me it is a good deal. The staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and kind. We've stayed here before (at Rosemount and Whitehall) and look forward to staying again. Rooms are spacious, clean and have more than everything you need and the breakfast is great. Can't say enough about these hote suites!! -

We had a two bedroom appartment for three people and we loved the appartment right away. Plus the two bedrooms we had a sitting room with TV and a well-furnished kitchen. the bathroom was a bit small, bu okay. All of the appartment as well as the whole hotel was absolutely tidy. We had a full scottish breakfast and croissants, were waited upon by very friendly waiters and later on helped by the receptionist with recommendations for the city. I definitely can recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The apartment is nice, modern and comfortable. The place I lived in located in the town centre, easy to access the shopping centre, supermarket and the main street of Aberdeen which has lots of restaurant and bars.
