  I have stayed here once before, many years ago and I remember it was a good choice then. It was a good choice this time too. It is located in West Hove, which suited me for my purposes, but may not suit everyone. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. I was travelling alone with a small child and they couldn't do enough for us. Very clean. Old but comfortable bed and pillows. Awesome cooked breakfast.

The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

  Guest house is easy to find and well located for shops cafes and restaurants. Hove is a lively and vibrant town next to the sea. The staff are cery helopful and friendly, the atmosphere was terrific and there are good leisure facilities at Sobo. - People very friendly. Place has a good vibe and there is lots gonig on to suit different tastes.

  I went there with mixed feelings. Before we went, the children were saying, maybe we should have booked somewhere else. But when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were good, they speak English and are friendly. Facilities were all good. Wifi worked perfectly. The food is basic English breakfast - scrambled eggs, toast, sausage... ce que les gens disent » s, baked beans, cereal, etc, buffet. There were no fruits however until our last day. The hotel is about a mile walk from the seafront. Parking on t - Everything was great can't find any fault at all. Room was clean, stuff was friendly,polite and helpfull. l would definatly stayed there again and recommended to anyone with confidence.

Helpfullness of reception staff on how to travel on PublicTransport (Buses) from Hove to Brighton. - The staff were very helpfull and polite. The hotel has retained many original period features and it is situated in a nice clean part of town.

  Clean, well run hotel. The Manager, Dan, gave us some great recommendations for eating, drinking and visiting! Hotel is well placed for the town centre (about a 20 minute walk) and the sea front and I have to say that this was our first visit to Brighton and we were both very impressed.
