You could not be more centrally located - it is right in the soho/chinatown area and a very close walk to most of the West End. Even the toiletries and mini bar were well - We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were wonderful. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and by their own initiative the staff gave us detailed information about the suitability of menu items for pregnant women and how they coul

  This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden. We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted p... ce que les gens disent » romptly and were supportive.
