Tthe signage to the Titanic Quarter was excellent.The carpark arrangements were perfect.We had a double room and a family room,both spacious and comfortable.We visited the Titanic and did a city tour the first day, paid for tour thro' the hotel and picked up at the hotel.We went to see a film at the Odessey that evening, only a few mins.walk from

The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.

This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Ramada encore is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants although we dined in the restaurant within hotel itself. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything. I have been highly recommending it to all my friends and look forward to coming back again and again........

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.
