La taille et la déco de la chambre - L'hôtel a été refait récemment c'est donc très agréable. Ma chambreétait tout petite mais avec rangements, lavabo, bouilloire, thé etc.. etun peignoir ! Sanitaires sur le palier mais impeccables. Hôtessesd'accueil gentilles.

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive
ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Our first time in London, very satisfied with this hotel. The room was small but we didn't need more. Not very far from the underground or the London Bridge railway station (we did it on foot).

have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given
a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was
soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but

towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay). All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all
appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
