Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building.
Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters.
Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the
apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in
and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot
chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very
clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and
will definetely be staying there again.

We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. My two kids, both under 7, enjoyed a lot and want to visit London again, specially the parks, London Zoo, Aquarium, River Cruise, London Eye, except the castles and palaces.

The whole stay was ideal, we were 4 ladies travelling for leisure and
shopping, we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we got there they
gave us the option of 2 studios for the same price as we would have more
space and comfort, we chose our original booking and stuck with the 1
bedroom apartment as we wanted to all stay together but was lovely to be
offered the choice, we had problems with hot water the first night but
as soon as we rang they came straight up, the breakfast was lovely an
