The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much
effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need
to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from
the center at all-walking distance. Restaurant downstairs on level 1 was
great that night for a farewell dinner and the Manager is very

professional and knowledgeable. Loved the huge bed and myriad of
pillows, blacked out double curtains spanning the whole wall of the
Suite. You have -
When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who
took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful.
Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were
conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and
the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The
Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

The location of the apartments were brilliant, right in the City centre (5-10min walking). The apartment was clean and very spacious for the 4 of us. We had two double bedrooms and two baths. We booked restaurant is advance, and it was walking -
The location of the apartments were brilliant, right in the City centre.
Although they were in the centre the apartments were very quiet at
night. Facilities were excellent and would have accommodated us for a
longer period of time. The lady who showed us round the apartment and
buildings was extremely helpful and patient. Key fob was very easy to
use and it was comforting to know that no-one could get in without one.
Also helpful that we had two sets of keys for both couples. We would

Being able to park in own desinated car space in secure car park. Felt really safe & secure with the key fobs which had to be shown in order to gain access to doors & lifts! Beds very comfortable! Apartment clean & comfy! Lovely mountain views! -

The couple who owned the appartment met us and they were lovely and even had choccy biscuits ready and waitin for us. As for the appartment what more would you want, ample heating, clean, comfortable cosy and in such a fantastic location. We even got to stay longer on the Sunday. The service was first class. We will definitely be staying again

Enjoyed our stay!! This is in a great location!! We walked to the shops for a shooping trip which was handy and close!! We checked out a few of the bars and clubs as well which were walking distance which was great!!

This is the best self catering apartment that I have ever lived in. Everything needed is there, including a washing machine with dryer function. The landlords - Stephen and Jane are very very kind!! They give us many recommendations and even help us to buy the titanic tickets. In addition, Stephen help us to supervise our suitcases when we check o

Stephen could not have been more helpful, gave us loads of info about Belfast, the apartment and local amenities.
The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely crisp white sheets.
The location is very central to the city, can be a bit noisy but that's to be expected in the heart of the city.
