we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The
kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store
basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun

staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly.
Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

le calme en centre ville - Very comfortable, clean, no fuss accommodation - Very convenient if coming into London by car. Hotel has relatively cheap parking and location is not too far from sights of South Kensington. Hotel is good value by London standards and breakfast included as standard.

My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having. More than needed. When we returned in the evening our beds had been turned down and handmade chocs put in our room. Cant wait to go back thankyou -
