Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and
complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable

NIcely equipped bedroom with an Incredibly comfortable bed and a really
nice shower (a proper rain shower). The staff are helpful and friendly.
The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm
breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. It is
in a very good location, less than 5 minutes walk from Marble Arch

Location was excellent.
Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.
Luxury hotel.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost.
Very good attention to detail to the smaller things.
Outstanding cleanliness.

This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
