  Perfect stay. I booked this hotel as I had read no bad reviews and Im glad I did!! The staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, the view was lovely too! The piece de resistance was definitely the breakfast hamper - it was huge and delicious. The carrot cake muffins were divine! There was a real range of breakfast items: croissants, toast, muffin, f... ce que les gens disent » resh fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal etc. And it is served in your room at a pre-arranged time so you can eat in privacy! Id stay there again in a heart - Location was fantastic the owners were really helpful and accomodating, the best bit had to be the breakfast hamper, filled full of goodies and something different to a greasy fry up, plus you didn't have to get dressed and you could eat it in your own time, we had the top floor room with sea views and was lovely to sit eating breakfast looking out to sea, would book again

  The staff we're very friendly making us feel at home. The staff helped me get my luggage both in and out of the bldg. The English breakfast was served promptly each morning. The food was delicious and served to order. Had to leave some bags at the hotel before we checked in and they were so accomodating. The hotel was clean and so close to the pier. Great location, great value for money and lovely owners.   Very friendly staff, very knowegable about the surrounding area, transport and eating out. ROom was very clean, and well decorated. We stayed in a small double, description was very accurate, but decent for 1 night stay. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and plenty of. The seafront is massive - Although on the small side, the room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Lovely big, soft fluffy towels provided as well as a complimentary bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was yummy. Short walk into town centre either along the promenade or through town.

  We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Just what I wanted to wake up to on my Birthday! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilitie... ce que les gens disent » s. The en suite bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the owner, who served breakfast the following morning, was very frien - Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street. Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares. Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc. Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

The hotel is in a perfect location, with wonderful views of the sea, pier and the Brighton Eye. The hotel is spotless throughout, and the rooms are wonderfully equipped! The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. There were thoughtful touches everywhere- a coffee machine, lovely biscuits, and chocolate; bath robes and toiletries; a smart tv and WiFi....
