I had not foind this in other cases where the same request was posed. - We had a family , twin & single room . They were clean with plenty of towels , soap & shower gel provided .   The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. It was perfect as a base for visiting son at uni. The high ceilings in the rooms certainly give a feeling of spaciousness, and the bed was really comfortable.

Thank you all at theie Winter Dene, wish we could have stayed longer..next ti - I had booked a family room and on arrival we were shown both available family rooms and were given the choice of which room we preferred - not something I've experienced before. The room (12) was large, well set up for a family of 1 or 2 adults and 2 children as there is a king size double bed and two singles, with a pannelled wall separating adults from children, whilst still being in the same room. Hotel very clean and comfy for a family break.
