Excellent hôtel ! Le personnel est compétent et très sympathique, trèsserviable. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. It was perfect as a base for visiting son at uni. We look forward to going back and seeing the new decor. -

Friendly, family run hotel that accomodates everyone from young to old! We stayed with our 2 year old son, and nothing was too much trouble. It felt more like staying in someones home than in a hotel. - friendly, family like athmosphere. great breakfast and very comfortable bed.

Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again. Cheaper than travelodge and breakfast included. - Single room was fine

A lovely room with an amazing view, food was fantastic and even having
to go to the sister hotel next door for evening meal was not an
inconvenience as the meals were amazing, and although we were on half
board the extra £5 charge to have "a la carte" was worth the
treat on a couple of evenings...so much so we will be back in 6 weeks

We had a fantastic time! We did end up staying at the sister hotel so my
review is for the Cottonwood Boutique but I assume that they both have a
simlar layout! The room was beautiful and the hotel was amazing! We also
had the breakfast which was lovely! I would defiantly stay here again
and I would defiantly recommend this to a friend!

Only downfall, was there is no signpost on the main road indicating it
as a Premier Inn. On letsbookhotel.com printable booking confirmation it only
stated Premier Inn and address. The only sign from the road is the
Lyndon Court sign not Premier Inn sign, therefore was difficult to find! -
