  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

I went early in the day to drop my bag off and when I told the staff my plan, they were very helpful and offered to do something a bit special, which was great. They were all very helpful. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

L'éloignement de la station demétro Vauxhall (700 mètres environ) n'a rien de rebutant en dépit d'unquartier peu animé - le confort de l'hotel, la décoration très raffinée, l'équi... ce que les gens disent » pement (rien ne manquait) des suites spacieuses et bien agencées, l'accueil enfin un hotel a recommander, avec vue sur Tamise absolument!!!!!!!!
