  Service - we had the warmest welcome - the hosts were amazing. Very friendly and informative - full of tips on where to go to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble - they provided a free parking permit for us and even moved thier own car so that we could park closer. As much tea and coffee as you can drink along with perfect eggs/ full cooked breakfast or the daily 'special' w - We stayed at Hill House on a 4 day bank holiday weekend during our two week tour of England. It was the best b&b we stayed at during the trip. Room #5 was a hike to get to on the third floor but worth it. The room was tastefully decorated with just enough space for our needs. The shower only bathroom was spacious and modern. The room was quite quiet with a great view. Harry and Douglas and Al were the consummate hosts with an encyclopedic knowledge of Bath restaurants, attractions and event

  The Henrietta House is fun-tastic. When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

The house was comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout, and because it dated back to the 1800's it had character and history.   This was so much more than a b&b - the rooms were luxurious and the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the breakfast was the best I've had anywhere - I would recommend this to anyone - PERFECT - Boutique B&B exactly as it should be. Thankyou for your hospitality.

  We stopped at High Orchard for one night after travelling back from a wedding, but wished we had booked for longer. The house is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities.
