  The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I had read some unfavourable reviews after booking, but in my experience the hotel provided excellent value for money. Also, a variety of eating places in the complex offering burgers, Me - I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs. The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave. As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay. Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.
