Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. - Very clean and comfortable bed. Missed breakfast as it was a bit early for us.

je trouve inadmissible qu'à la réception d'un l'hôtel le personnels ne parle pas le français et que dans les chambres le classeur avec les explication de l'hôtel soit aussi en anglais alors qu'a la réception on m'as dit qu'il était aussi en français

don't know the area at all but it was very quiet at night and the
room more than adequate for the price - wish I had seen this before I
had booked a hotel close by at twice the price last time!

Perfect for Hampton Court Palace couldn't have been closer. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. - We had a fantastic time the food was excellent and the staff were really attentive. I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. For what it is, the room rate is extremely good value. Have not stayed before but would do again in future. -

Most chain hotels are OK but ordinary. This was much better; friendly efficient staff, good reasonably priced food in restaurant, comfortable well equipped bedroom. Very clean and crisp everywhere -

Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected
ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and
helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very
comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger
blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging. Hig
