It was a most enjoyable stay, with the staff there adding to it with being so friendly and helpful throughout.

  I was traveling with my 5 years daughter, but when I booked the bed on line I only booked one bed and thought that when I was there I could book for my daughter. The staff arranged a private room for us which was very thoughtful and nice. People who are mature travelers or traveling with young children need more attentions and help, and Inverness Hostel se - We did not stay long, but the staff person there was extremely helpful. We arrived at 1 in the morning, and were easily able to get into our room. He also accommodated our need for an early breakfast the following morning, and he gave us a map with walking directions to the train station. Our room was spartan, as all youth hostel rooms are, but it was clean and comfortable. And the price, 22 pounds per person per night, could not be beat.

  A very short walk from the train or bus station. Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built. We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude. They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights. OK by me. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.
