The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. -
Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.

Room was slightly on the small side but was bright, nicely decorated & nipping clean, the bed was very comfy, shower was great & my wife loved the complimentary biscuits. Girl on reception was really friendly & efficient. Did not dine there but has a few drinks in the fat badger bar which we enjoyed. The price of the room was excellent @ £59 for a double. Would deffo stay again

Beautiful building in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, almost felt like staying with family who look after you particularly well. - Superb hotel,staff and location, off road parking, excellent food, don't bother shopping about you wont find much better for the price.

the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the shopping centre. Contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very helpful, especially Natalie. The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard. Staying at this hotel made our visit really enjoyable

It was very comfortable, the breakfasts very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. It was a good place to relax after a busy working day and very good value for money we plan to stay there again next year.

The Welford is a small hotel that feels a bit like a B&B. The owner is very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We had a room on the street side of the first floor, with a very good bed. Parking opposite was free with a 24-hour license. Breakfast was complete and good. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes from the city center.

Good location, Very friendly and helpfull staff (Tabs). Room 2 at the front is a larger than standard room. Radox products in bathroom only downside a bit flowery for us men good that it was not in sachets but full bottles.Tea coffee, Kettle, Iron and ironing board in room. David & Ruth very friendly & helpful, lovely home, rooms excellent, breakfast fantastic, and no shortage of tea/coffee/toast etc etc., five minutes from town centre and most amenities., parked right outside - FREE. Cannot recommend it high enough. We will definitely be returning. Well worth booking, but do it now, it is so popular took three attempts to get a room., speaks for itself.
