  There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. The bus shuttle, both ways, was a most valuable belssing. - The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel

  There was nothing we didn't like; except having to leave!! It was the 'launch pad' for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful overnight stay, and in fact I have recommended it to a friend who has since been on your website, with a view to making a booking himself in the near future!   Je souhaitais vous écrire car je suis outrée de ce séjour. Nous sommesarrivées le 24 décembre à l'aéroport de gatwick vers 16h. J'ai téléphonépour que l'on puisse venir nous chercher puisqu'une navette étaitprésente sur cet hôtel. Par téléphone, on m'a dit que c'était noël etqu'il n'y avait pas de navette. Un déclic - It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of hot water! - Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion

  the attendent came right to the door when I knocked, he knew I had a reservation, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, he explained the breakfast, everything went according to plan. The room was nice and clean with a lovely tea service laid out. The (cooked) breakfast was cooked for me at my appointed time. My airport transportation (same person) left exactly on time and he even pulled into a loading zo - I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. They have a good pick up and deli

  very pleasantly surprised by the size and standard of the room,considering the price I paid I thought it was excellent. very homely and comfortable. - Clean and comfortable guesthouse, friendly staff, close to airport with free shuttle provided. I would use again.

  Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home. The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat. Extended parking for several weeks very reasonable to leave one's car. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Don and Ginny from Nova Scotia - guest houses were not my usual places to stay, but now I'll have to reconsider that having been so cordially treated at GH The single room was small but comfortable. Plumbing was good. Breakfasts good too. Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.   excellent accueil des proprietaires et du personnel de l'hotel - La proximité des commerces et des restaurants (5 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel). L'acceuil est très sympatique et étant en transit pour une nuit, l'hôtel m'a gentiment réservé un taxi pour me rendre le lendemain à l'aéroport.
