  I love how the staff are so friendly and accomodating. They always carry your luggage to and from your room no matter what time it is. The rooms are always well presented and have all the amenities (ironing board, bottles of water, sky tv, iPod docker, free wi fi). It would have been a pleasure to have taken better advantage of what was on offer but time was too short.

  My wife and I stayed at the Runnymede on Thames as part of her birthday weekend. I found the staff very willing and able to help with little preparations I needed or to help with information etc in advance of the stay. I must admit as we arrived the hotel seemed to be larger than I had imagined and I feared that any personal touch would be lost. I... ce que les gens disent » t wasn’T. We were very quickly and efficiently helped at the front desk and a member of staff offered to store our bags until our room was ready and t - The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.
