I have stayed here alone in the past and I always feel safe.
I think that comes from the welcoming attitude of the staff.
I always try to stay at Premier Inns nationwide and when Im not the person booking them, I ask the party lead to try for Premier before all else. -

Janet the host was lovely, willing to help in any way possible. We forgot toothpaste and face wipes but she was on hand to help. Breakfast was exactly how we wanted it and she went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.
We were worried about the shared bathroom but it wasn't bad at all, we didnt see another person use it, and there are actually 2 toilets and a sink in our room so you could still bath/shower without worrying about keeping people waiting. Less than a mile from the

Your reception staff rang the night before and to confirm booking and advise on best place to park and offered any other assistance.
Lauren who works in the restaurant was very capable and very efficient when a lot of us were complaining. She was extremely polite offered complimentary deals to offset complaint, never once did she lose her cool.

Really nice hotel and the food in the resturant across the carpark was excellent. Free wifi is handy too. I would say this place if for the slighly older couple though (most people seemed to be older than us!) - Everything - fax service; friendly, well mannered, obliging reception staff; the room was of a really good quality and high standard in it

Very good value for money. Was a lottle put off on first arriving by the appearance on the outside - which gave a very tiered and run down impression. However as they say 'never judge a book by its cover'!! Room looked as it it had recently been done up - very clean - linen/towels were clean and smelt fresh. Food in the Toby was usual standard

Very good value for money. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom recently re-furbished to a high standard. Easy to find and with sufficient parking space, which is free. Good choice of food for evening meal and breakfast, all well prepared and very reasonably priced. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe and would use the venue again if I were working in the area.

The room was excellent, bed very comfortable and great TV in the room. All the staff were very friendly and could not help enough.
Breakfast the following morning was to a high standard served in the the restaurant which i ate in the night before, it has a great atmosphere at night and the food was also very good. - stunning from start to finish!!
