  The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The restaurant was really beautiful and the staff were great (BIG thank you to them) all in all this was a beautiful Hotel and they made us feel extra special. The rooms are very spacious with a Lovely Big bed and everything that you need in your room down to a fridge with a ca... ce que les gens disent » rton ... yes I did say carton... of milk instead of the little portions that you usually get. Thank you to the staff of Casa for making our stay a hap - Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.

  A very welcoming hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff ( every member) Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room very clean, good facilities, fantastic standard of food and service in restaurant was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Very good value for money. - I always read reviews before booking, and I had a most enjoyable stay at a really friendly and quirky hotel, where the staff I met and dealt with were helpful, and very eager too please. I found it strange that previous reviews complained about there being no lift, and that their rooms were some way from reception - well it states that on the information page on this really interesting hotel.
