It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

The staff was really friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my request. The hotel has a beautiful decor, our room had an amazing view, and was very specious. It also had a free standing bath next to the windows in the bedroom, 24 room service, which made our stay romantic and relaxing. Great value for money! Will be staying there again.

Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

the Granville. Excellent location at a very reasonable price. We stayed
in 'Lewes', a small room, very nicely designed (with an emphasis
on glass blocks) and furnished. It was next to the lift (elevator) but

Boutique feel with themed rooms. It would be nice to have an option of which themed room you get and to see the options online - probably possible if you call them up though.

The location is great...right by the sea front and with easy access to
the best areas of Brighton's dining and shopping. The old building
used to be wine merchants and has a beautiful staircase and reception

Everything about the stay was excellent, from the moment we dropped our bags off (earlier than check-in) to actually being shown the room (bed was so comfortable), to the bar and bistro.
Found all staff excellent, very friendly and very helpful (recently back from Las Vegas where I stayed in a supposed luxury hotel! everything was the complete opposite too the Hotel du Vin).
Both of us wished we had booked that extra day!

Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it.
Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed
a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Vegetarians were also
catered for with the breakfast. We were able to buy parking permits and
park right outside the hotel which was less than half the price of

constantly available. Tea and coffee making facilities were also

I liked the power shower / the continental breakfast was value for
money at £5 / my bed was comfortable and the television was near the
bed and easy to use / coffee was available in my room which was
thoughtful and shampoo/cream/bodywash and towels were provided
which was immensely useful
