  This was our third stay at The Griffin - and I am sure we will stay there again: staff are always very cheerful, helpful and welcoming; location is great for exploring Bath - near station as we travel by train and central for shops, theatre, etc. Breakfast is fine, as are the bar snacks and range of beers and wines. - The staff and general ambien... ce que les gens disent » ce. Nothing too much trouble. Left a jacket behind - sorry! They rang to advise, posted it immediately and emailed me too! Amazing service and so kind. Fantastic cooked breakfast and delicious blueberry pancakes. Quaint bedrooms. Great central location yet quiet street.

  Very quiet. Slept well. I stayed before in Bath city centre hotels and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep full nights. But it was great at the university of Bath. It is a bit out of the city, but then again, it is quiet. Also has great facilities on-site: supermarket, cashpoints, post office desks, bars, etc. - Room was larger than e... ce que les gens disent » xpected - despite having booked a single I got a small double bed which was lovely. Breakfast was also good and while the uni is out of town the bus runs every ten or twenty minutes from around 7.30 to midnight so getting around wasn't a problem. For the price it's a bargain.
