We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again.

The welcome was lovely. We were made to feel welcome and help was offered with our cases. The room we were in was gorgeous and had great views of the golf course and the sea (and the airport). It's a shame we were there when the wind was howling etc. The breakfast selection was very good

Staff excellent. Karen found my expensive glasses, contacted me and arranged to have them sent out. Superb! Breakfast excellent. Room very comfortable and clean. Excellent location for Prestwick airport or golf nearby. Ample secure parking. Really REALLY pleased!

I travel alot for work and stay in numerous hotels. This hotel has been the best by far. Friendly staff who will go out of their way for you. Good food at reasonable prices the evening meal and breakfast were lovely. The rooms clean and comfortable. I will stay here again next time I am in Ayr. -

Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When there was no outlet to plug in a CPAP machine near the bed, the woman at the desk promptly found an extension cord for us to use. -
The girl at reception was apologetic and offered to set up another bed
in the room.
Nice to have restaurant facilities on site.

Five of us arrived for an over night stay and were warmly greeted and shown to our rooms.The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us.They ordered a taxi for us as we had to go to Saltcoats at night.Nothing was too much trouble.Plenty of choice for breakfast and loads of it.Would stay again if down that way.
