  We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.   I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. The welcome in the dining room was equally as good and the food and wine were excellent. Room service breakfast was more than sufficient.
