  The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room far exceeded our expectations for comfort and luxury. The breakfast was quite delicious. All the facilities were excellent as was the location and Kilkerran should without a doubt have been awarded a higher grading.   Although booked into the Ivydean we were put into the St,Andrews Hotel across the road. Owned by the same people. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and cosy . The breakfast was excellent .   Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Location was perfect for us with the town centre within easy walking distance. We have recently tended to use hotels and this was the first B&B we had - We got a very friendly welcome, it really did feel like being at home, the room was lovely, clean, big and very nicely decorated. It was in a nice location and the staff were very good in recommending somewhere to eat. Breakfast was made to order and was very good with lots of choice

  This must b one of the best B and B's I have every stayed at and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The owners where very helpful and the rooms are completed to a very high standard. - My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. host very friendly and helpful, room very comfortable and clean and well decorated.

  Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.
