We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again.

The welcome was lovely. We were made to feel welcome and help was offered with our cases. The room we were in was gorgeous and had great views of the golf course and the sea (and the airport). It's a shame we were there when the wind was howling etc. The breakfast selection was very good

For us, the simplicity of the full clean domestic facilities with no unneccesary clutter. It was a no-fuss stay. We managed to do enough self-catering to keep costs down and be self sufficient, but still go out and treat ourselves on occassion. Prestwick is a lively town - unexpectedly. Plenty of things going on, plenty of choices for eating. This property was just what we needed, central to all the outlying places we wanted to visit without being in a city centre. Room was great, although we had a front room with a beaming streetligh

David and Linda were excellent hosts and made sure everything we needed was provided.
The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was buffet style with a cooked breakfast also on offer and would suit everybody.
The Fernbank could not be better located,on the main street at the centre of everything.

Everything is very clean, the B&B is 4 minutes in car / 20 minutes by feet from the Prestwick airport, the breakfast was delicious. Ellen is very, very kind and gave us good advises on the weatcher and the places to visit. -

Everything was positive. The owner is really charming and we were pleased to be so welcome whenever we stay a short night (departure at 5 for the aeroport).
