It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the car parking facilities were good also. Have stayed in several Ibis hotels and they are all really good. We managed to get this hotel at a good rate by booking early which was a bonus. -

Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided.

Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel. Location: not central, but transportation options are very good, Stratford station is just 5 min walk from the hotel.
Room: very good, all necessary for the stay, clean and neat. Cleaning staff did a great job. Maybe a small fridge would be good to have, but that's a minor thing. We were really amazed of how efficient the room space was used.

We were very happy with this hotel. The location is pretty good (in 15-20 minutes you're in the city and there are a lot of shopping opportunities in Stratford), but the most important thing is that it is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and slept well there. It is very simple, as you might expect, but for the price, we were very happy. Free WiFi, but not very fast, there is a possibility for an upgrade though. Can only recommend, especially for younger people who want to see the

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.

Nice apartment at Westferry with two seperate bed- and bathrooms. Close to Docklands & Canary Wharf, if someone is interested in that area. Good and quiet (residential) area. -

Brilliant value for money and really close to Westfield shopping centre. We stayed in the apartment for six which was on the first floor so did not experience any noise. Would recommend Cart & Horse pub round corner from apartment for great pop/indie live bands on sat and sun nights. Would defo book again.
