  The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the owner who makes you feel as if you were staying with a friend. I had an ensuite shower in my room which was tucked in quite well, making the most of the space but the bathroom for rooms without facilities was nearby and looked very nice. The location is ideal for local shops, gardens and beach and for bus stops to - Top place, extremely nice lady owner, highly recommended. Very very large room (I had a double with my daughter), nicely furnished, Bathroom was in the hallway, but privat, a little bit awkward, I would have preferred en suite, there was a sink in the room, though. WiFi worked. Enough parking space along the streets. Very quiet residential area, bus stop 3 min away, 5-10 min walk to Boscombe Pier (beach), just perfect. I would definitely book again.

  we stayed at the waterside B&B for two nights - the location is ideal and extremely close walk to the beach. we stayed in the standard room which was spotless, bed very comfortable and hot running water as well as cable TV .. what more could you ask for! Their breakfasts are generous and fresh with healthy options as well as traditional English breakfast. They are very nice hosts who go out of their way to help their guests with good Tourist information. All in all my sister and our four Children had an exeptionally enjoyable stay at the Waterside and we can´t wait until the next stay.

  Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Will definitely stay there again highly recomended 10/10. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very delightful few days.

  What a find. A cosy little room with a comfortable bed, good heating and little extras like shampoo and handcream in the bathroom, - even a bag of chocolates. Brain met us and showed us around. Pam came home later from work and intrduced her self. A lovely bubbly couple who could not help but make even the most weiry traveller welcome. Would recommend this B&B to any couple travelling in the New - The room is lovely,with it's own entrance.Brian and Pam were absolutely fantastic hosts. You were made to feel like part of the family. The ample breakfast was lovely.Birthday cake left in room as requested,plus a birthday card from Brian,Pam and family.Good location,and free,private parking.There was a plaque in the room stating,you arrive as guests and leave as friends, never a truer word spoken. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

  Jane who runs the Forest Tea House was a lovely and friendly woman, we loved her! She inspired us and made us feel more than welcome. The breakfast in the morning was amaazing too! bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection and lovely coffee to set us off for the long day of walking around the beautiful new forest. the beds were unbelievably comfy ... ce que les gens disent » and we had a wicked shower! We couldnt have chosen a nicer and more rewarding place to stay. We both would definitely reccommend this to anyone coming - The host Jane is the most caring, warm and friendly person you would meet. She made us all feel welcome and cared for in a unique way. Jane has a unique and special gift in making starngers feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were prepared in the same warm and loving manner as was the most fabulous breakfast. The location was perfect with new forest ponies all around and a freindly pig called Gertie across the road! We LOVED everything about our stay.

  Everything! We had a wonderful stay at The Annexe which is in a lovely location It was peaceful, clean and extremely well-equipped. The breakfast, which was brought to us punctually every morning was delicious. We loved our stay and we are looking forward to the next opportunity to visit.
