Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff
were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable
and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road.

We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

Bien situé a coté de l'aéroport, Idéal lorsque nous devons prendre l'avion tot le matin. Navette depuis l'aéroport. Grande chambre très confortable. Personnel très aimable, multilingues, qui nous a donné les horaires des navettes et autres renseignements. En un mot c'était parfait. - Facile d'acces, la proprété et un très bon répas dans le restau

It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.
