  Hannah was really helpful in arranging keys for us a bit earlier due to the timing of our attendance at a wedding. Excellent location, handy for Yarm High Street and perfect for what we needed for 2 x couples. Modern, well furnished apartment and breakfast pack was helpful! Good value and helpful, friendly staff when we collected the keys. Hoped to make it to the res - Fantastic place, no faults wot so ever, idealy close to all amenities,, can't wait to go back,, just like home from home, I would definite ly recommend these apartments to friends and family, well worth the price ,, had a fabulous time, staff/owners are so friendly and will help you promptly , I asked 4 a iron and a brand new one was there waiting for me,just a little txt and they will help you as much as poss,, thanx 4 a brilliant stay ,,

  Came to spend anniversary with husband. Staff we're very friendly and even ordered us halal chicken for our lunch! Had an amazing treatment at the spa and everyone was just so friendly and approachable! We even forgot a personal greeting card in our room when we checked out and the staff ever so nicely posted it out to us the following morning. Comfortable beds too. the staff are very polite, we even got a lift to the restaurant (the clubhouse) 3 minutes away, because they didn't want us to wander around in the dark.

  We stayed as a family with 2 young children, in the therwell suite. Gorgeous room, had a connecting room for the children. Loved the attention to detail, teddies in the room & books and games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the reviews helped me pick the black horse , and it lived up to my expectations. Would love to stay again ! - We received a fantastic greeting and, throughout our visit, excellent personal service from all the staff that we encountered. The standard of the evening meal, food and service, was very high to the point that we would definitely see this hotel as a 'destination' for a future visit. The breakfast hamper delivered to the room was a novel but very good touch.
