  We had a fantastic deal on the hotel through letsbookhotel.com, and paid 350 euro for four nights. When we got to the hotel, a sign said our room would have sold for 240/night! For the price, we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and quite luxurious, with a comfortable bed and grand bathroom (including a fantastic shower). I had read complaints about a poor breakfa - The hotel is perfectly located in the European part but with Dolmus (6 euro) easy to go (direct) to the azian side. Opera is close to Taksim, where is the Hilton, Hiatt, .. all big famous hotels, BUT Opera (small scale) positions itself in the middle of all The room we stayed in is loung and extermely beautiful, view on Bosphurus, all windows. Also the resto on topfloor perfect and briljant food!

I would stay anyway in that area since the good restaurants and other evening activities takes place there. Nice view from our room to Raxim square. Good and clean bed. The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.

Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!
