I liked the comfortbale and beautifuly designed rooms, they had used every bit of space, since the rooms were a bi t small, but it hink they must have spent around 15 thousand dolalrs in each rooms decorationa and remodelling. As said in the site people were friendly.i think it waa great that they had 5 star hotel in a very small hotel. It was just a mtter of minute or 2 to get to taxim. Althoug th recent construction in taxim makes it ahrd even for taxiss to get to area. We should have taken h.
tous commentaires » Nice and cosy hotel with an excellent location - only 5 minutes walk from the Istiklal Street and its numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and exchange offices and Taksim metro station. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!. Mr Serkan was excellent , he helped me in practically everything i needed . nice clean place . no breakfast but they keep fruits and serve nice turkish tea throghout. I strngly recommend this place as it is bang near Takism square and Istiklal street . Staff are very courteous and friendly. General ambiance felt like home. Location is very convenient & accessible to live areas in Istanbul. Despite the hotel is small, yet everything you Think of is at reach, and rooms have all traveler needs. The room was very nicely finished off and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. They pay a lot of attention to detail such as the lovely toiletries in the bathroom, a tea tray and slippers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel is great and very helpful. Serkan is a pleasure to be around. Hotel is clean and centrally located. It is well equipped with all modern amenities. The location was really good, 2 minutes away from Taksim square and Istiklal Cadesi. The staff were also really friendly, Serkan in particular was really helpful. Staff friendly and helpful . The location is good as it is only 5 mins walk from Taksim Square, the Metro and the Bus ( which goes to and from Ataturk airport for 10 Turkish Lira each way ). I like the location, the bed is clean and comfortable. At first glan e shockingly small hotel, but inside was very beautiful, it made up for the small size. My relaitves I had booked the htoel for were at first shocked, but my niece loved it. Would be great if they had breakfast though/. nothing that i did not like. sound traveling through walls, but not a major issue. There was a lovely balcony in our room with nice views but had no chairs. A couple of plastic chairs on the balcony would have made sitting out there much easier and meant we could enjoy the view better. To be honest, there wasn't much that was bad. The whole package was excellent. A tiny bit pricey for a young couple to stay long-term. But apart from that, was really quite good :). Mini bar was Extremely Expensive in spite of you have 2 Super Market in the same street after 10 meter. No elevator, international channels on tv didn't work (except one), took me 20 minutes to check out because they didn't have paper for the credit card machine, meaning staff was very helpful and friendly, but unprepared. Only stairs. The price was a bit high for being without breakfast. The upper rooms can tender to be a bit cold. 1. A little bit tiny bathroom 2. The shower cabin in Room 202 has a strong leakage to the floor. Please fix it!. Break fast was just a joke. It would be better for them to take the break fast off.Zero every think was exlant . The hotel is located in a narrow rough looking street. The bathroom is so small and narrow. The fruits they offered, although covered with plastic wrap, were so dirty and not fresh at all. The room is so close to reception, and they did not take any measures of soundproofing, as a result, I could hear clearly every sentence that receptionists talk to customers, cleaning staff etc.it likes the reception is just beside your door and you was forced to pay attention to what they talk.
