  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  A very comfortable hotel on a quiet street with large rooms, a nice balcony area and good beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the lovely ladies at the front desk. The restaurant downstairs was a good choice for lunch or dinner, although there were many other restaurants close by. - Good location, near beach, but hidden from main ... ce que les gens disent » road, so noise-free.   Bungalow was ok, clean, nice room, hot shower, a/c a bit noisy and too strong, we couldn´t sleep with a/c, pool good to swim, free towels for beach, free wifi, close to shopping possibilities, restaurants, 7 eleven, 5 minutes to Kata beach, on the beach 2 deck chairs and umbrella for 200 thb/ whole day, beach nice, clean sea, city not very huge, n... ce que les gens disent » o disco in this town, only restaurants, better for family with kids. - This is the second time we have stayed at Rico's Bungalows and both times have been excellent. We love the location and the rooms have everything you need. Great value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back!

  The location, literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the different restaurants in Kata. The wifi signal was great, liked it so much I even extended my stay here - I have stayed here many times before and like the value,location,friendliness of staff and cleanliness.

  Lovely room - clean bathroom, new bathroom, comfy bed, fridge, kettle, really nice decor. Nice spa downstairs. A/c worked well. Shop next door, beach not far away. Our favourite hotel in thailand so far. - The room is clean，people there are very nice, we can do massage doenstairs.

  Handi location to beach - Very close to the beach. The breakfast was ok(quantity). The pool was clear. The hotel has good soundproofing.

  The room we had was very nicely designed, felt spacious and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The Deluxe Double bed is gigantic for 2 people. The nightly cost is only slightly higher than what it would cost for a private room in a hostel, so this is great for travelers on a budget who would prefer to be away from crowded hostels. The location is away from the main road, so it's fairly quiet. - The location is great, still only a short walk from the beach but far from the madness of the main strip. The staff were sweet and helpful, spoke good English and the place have a family feel. Food served downstairs is nice and good value, the room was clean, the aircon and shower worked fine, it is nice to have a balcony and separate main entrance and room locks make it very secure. Very good value for money as well.
