I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.

the resort nad its surroundings is evermuch as fantastic as the photos on its website suggests. Set in a lush tropical garden, with a gigantic swimming pool that curves like a lagoon around the apartments and bungalows. At nighttime the athmospeghere is magical, thanks to the many ouotdoor lights.

The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely. The pool & beach staff wre brillant & were always changing towels chairs & bringing water truely pamper the guests. Our stay was everything we hoped for & we were not disappointed in any way. We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. Also, just a short ride in taxi or tuk tuk to Kata or Karon shops and lots of restauran

Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco

very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

Have stayed here four times now and has never disappointed.Sure the place looks a little tired but overall great value for money.Pool and spa a great spot to chill in the arvo and always duper clean.No pool bar but who cares as your room is only meters away. -

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Big, light rooms. Perfect garden of flowers and tropical plants, but in spite of it - no insects in rooms at all. Fresh, tasty breakfast with enough variety of menu. Good restaurant with delicious courses. Clean pool with fresh and rather good cocktails in bar at it. Most of all i'm impresed by polite, smily and professional staff. Thank them for everything.

was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort.
Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing.
New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of.
Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beach towels provided and free WIFI. The breakfast buffet catered for all. Trainee receptionist Mai from Had Yai deserves special mention as was always at the desk and a pleasure to met and was very accommodating. - Abdolutey perfect from beginning to end 9 days of bliss.
