The room and wc were spacious and well equipped, with the comfort

The pool side area was good.
The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax.
Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue.

Good value, large sized, clean rooms with great wifi connection. The pool is large and the pretty private beach is 2 min walk. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way. It's nicely located as it is away from the main hustle and bustle of the main centre. -

The reception can help organise taxis to the airport and other places at a reasonable price, it's in a perfect location, clean with helpful staff. Free breakfast which was lovely. I would recommend it to anybody. As a solo traveler, and a young female (22) I felt very safe and looked after. -

Excellent wifi connection. Excellent design for the rooms as it is apartment style designed and not only room style. Excellent location of the balcony. Simple, carefree living. Excellent staff service. If you are looking for a budget stay, this is perfect place.

First of all the staff was very friendly,helpful and polite. With a big smile and they give us everything we need.You file like you are in a family. The girl in the reception is excellent.

The staff is excellent,helpful and very polite. They helped us in many things and even they changed us ine room because we didn't had wifi inside the room.
The rooms are big,clean and comfortable with air con,big beds and fridge with drinking water every day.
The position is great in the center and by the beach. I will definately stay there in my next visit.

partner .. All are very helpful .. Whenever I needed their help(even at
the night time) they didn't hesitate to help me about anything..

Couldn't fault this guest house. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast great, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, tea, coffee. Basic but
more than enough. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice balcony area
outside room. Very near to night life but far enough away to have a
peaceful sleep. Don't bother getting a baht bus - rip off . 50 baht
for about 500m! And definately not on way back to hotel as you have to
walk to end of one way junction and by then you are practically there.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). I cannot fault Baan Haad Ngam at all. From the very second we arrived we were greated with wonderful service, smiles and the feeling of being in a magnificent resort.
It was better then what we could have ever expected. Our next trip over to Koh Samui is already being planned and we intent to stay at BHN Resort again. It has everything.
