The room and wc were spacious and well equipped, with the comfort
required.
The pool side area was good.
The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax.
Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue.

comfortable, friendly staff and even brought us to airport got 100b per
person. Nice pool overlooking the bay. Definitely stay here again if in
chaweng as really good value for money. Close to airport also.

Good value, large sized, clean rooms with great wifi connection. The pool is large and the pretty private beach is 2 min walk. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way. It's nicely located as it is away from the main hustle and bustle of the main centre. -

Good location, right on the beach. Friendly atmosphere, good party vibe. Nice beach, great facilities, good food at restaurant. Room and resort very clean, nice surroundings. Further shops, bar restaurants within walking distance. Laundry service available if needed and onsite travel agent, handy for booking transport back to bangkok or other destinations.

The reception can help organise taxis to the airport and other places at a reasonable price, it's in a perfect location, clean with helpful staff. Free breakfast which was lovely. I would recommend it to anybody. As a solo traveler, and a young female (22) I felt very safe and looked after. -

Excellent wifi connection. Excellent design for the rooms as it is apartment style designed and not only room style. Excellent location of the balcony. Simple, carefree living. Excellent staff service. If you are looking for a budget stay, this is perfect place.
I would definitely come back and book this place again. -

Nice and clean accomodation. Good location at the calm south end of Chaweng beach. No pool, but hotel has a private beach area, which was cleaned every day. Fresh towels and 2 bottles of free water every day.
Good breakfast (to choose from restaurant menue), could also be served on our balcony (free). Friendly and helpfull staff.

It is a small and lovely hotel located in a quiet part of Chaweng. The
beach was clean and not crowded. It was so wanderful tofall asleep
listening to sound of the sea. There were three types of breakfast:
European, American and Thai. There is a library, not big but you can
pick something to read.

First of all the staff was very friendly,helpful and polite. With a big smile and they give us everything we need.You file like you are in a family. The girl in the reception is excellent.

The staff is excellent,helpful and very polite. They helped us in many things and even they changed us ine room because we didn't had wifi inside the room.
The rooms are big,clean and comfortable with air con,big beds and fridge with drinking water every day.
The position is great in the center and by the beach. I will definately stay there in my next visit.

Couldn't fault this guest house. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast great, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, tea, coffee. Basic but
more than enough. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice balcony area
outside room. Very near to night life but far enough away to have a
peaceful sleep. Don't bother getting a baht bus - rip off . 50 baht
for about 500m! And definately not on way back to hotel as you have to
walk to end of one way junction and by then you are practically there.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). The location is close enough to the busy part of the beach and beach
road without dealing with the noise and crowds. The front desk staff all
spoke great English. The pool is one of the bigger I've seen on the
island. The room was comfortable enough for me to live in long term.

Have stayed all over the world in high end hotels and I've never had such a friendly staff. My friends and I have not left the compound during the day because we enjoy being on the hotel's beaches and conversing with the staff. I only wish we had planned to stay here longer. The food is also incredible, it is truly on par with some of the better Hotel restaurants in the world...and a fraction of the cost.
