The young front desk ladies are very very thoughtful, attentive,
helpful and friendly. Before we left the hotel for a tour, she
realised we didn't carry any water. She brought 2 bottles of
mineral waters for us.
Also, the young front desk lady helped us to check into our rooms before 2pm.
Generally, the location is within walking distant to the nearby Tonghua Night Markets. Room is big and there are lots of empty cabs outside the hotel.
The cafe by the reception is very cozy and quiet.

Staff were extra friendly and extra helpful. Asked for directions and were able to provide answers and tips. It was also raining and staff was able to lend me an umbrella!
There was also a water cooler at my level and I was able to get hot and cold water easily which was really convenient.

The Citizen hotel is close to Dongmen subway station. It is located in the walk distance from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, which is highly recommended to visit. The breakfast was pretty nice. The hotel staff woke me up when I asked them to do so and they ordered a taxi for 1.000 NTD. I don't know what is the regular price but their rate was acceptable for me.

I loved everything and everything was more than my expectation. As a business traveler, I've been to many different class of hotels in different countries, from Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton to Ibis. I think this hotel provide everhthing that hotels can. This is a small hotel but it got a shower booth, bath, hair dryer, safe, iron, complimentary snacks

The staff are really courteous. Especially the one in the morning
assisting us during the breakfast, too bad I didnt get his name. He will
always ask how's our room or if our breakfast is delicious. He's
always polite and smiling. Well generally everybody is like that. We
could have stayed longer but unfortunately, when we try to modify the
booking to add another day it's already full so we have no choice
but to move to another hotel. Also, the room is really spacious, we can
easily move around
