  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  Nous avons apprécié la facilité d'accès de l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport et le centre ville, le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté, l'isolation phonique et confort de la chambre, et last but not least le petit-déjeuner buffet pantagruélique !!!Bref, un excellent rapport qualité prix - la sympathie du personnel de la femme de ménage au responsa... ce que les gens disent » ble de l'hotel , ils sont très souriants , c'est rare de nos jours !
