We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was
astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was
over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint
made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in
the restaurant on the 12th floor. (We do understand it was late - but it

Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes.
Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers!
Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect.
If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception.
Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

We stayed here overnight as we had an early morning flight. The location
was close to the airport, as it is quite a distance from town. There was
more room inside than appeared on the outside. The staff were friendly
& helpful. We loved that we had to take our shoes off! The use of a
microwave gave us the option of bringing food out to heat up

Excellent, friendly welcome, catch free airport shuttle bus "alpha", and you're there in 5 mins, rooms were very clean and much larger than expected, great experience,and a reasonable price compared to the other airport hotels, if you just need a place to sleep for the night, this will exceed your expectations. Excellent buffet breakfast provided in the price

Very good shuttle service. Came to pick us up 5 minutes after we called. Shuttle driver, young guy, drove badly and should slow down in sharp turns.
Nice and kind young staff, good and not too pricy wine in the restaurant.

Our flight was early in the morning, so we chose to spend the last night in Sweden in hotel close to the airport. Ibis Style Arlanda met all our expectations: it provides free shuttle service to the airport and good breakfast starting from 4 am! The room was nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Internet connection was very good. The staff was polite and efficient.

The hotel was very pretty on the outside, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the common kitchen was a nice idea. The staff was very helpful (we arrived after check-in time and left before the staff came to work in the morning) with organizing our check-in and check-out. -
