  Very Friendly Staff, all spoke a variety of languages. Breakfast was amazing, with hot and cold food ranging from a vast array of different countries.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. We were offered a discounted dish/glas of wine and walked away satisfied. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.
