  Very Friendly Staff, all spoke a variety of languages. Breakfast was amazing, with hot and cold food ranging from a vast array of different countries. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor.
