Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and
has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go
again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of
the very expensive port!!!

Sa situation - Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. We found the staff to be 'uber helpful' . Everyone from reception to housekeeping to maintenance were all exceptional. Apartment fabulous and serviced EVERY DAY. Clean towels all the time! Amazing!! Totally clean, modern, extremely well equipped ( washing machine in every apartment) with all new appliance. Best holiday complex ever and I am a 5* fussy guest. Would definitely return. Gloria in reception is a true angel.
