Apparently they have 4 different locations included in the apartments.
The building and apartment I was located was really nice, clean and had
a big balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily. Location is good. About
halfway between the city center and Play de'l Bossa and other
beaches (even closer). Easy to walk either way. No need for buses

The friendly staff were all very welcoming. Diego gave us great recommendations and mapped out top spots in ibiza. The design of this small hotel was very cool with a music theme and Miami retro vibe. Rooms were comfortable and clean and had spa-like minimalist decor, plus cool art. Great design (sort of Ibiza-meets-Miami) and very comfortable. The rooms are huge and fully-equipped.There is a great beach club, with a nice swimming pool and DJs playing excellent music. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, in particular Sara. She gave us advice on what to do and where to go (she is local and knows everybody in the island). Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and
has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go

Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. If you stay here then you will be on the German side of the beach. Since I live in Germany, i was looking to "get away" for a lil bit but i guess everything else worked out. It is ab

Decent basic accommodation. A bit tired and in need of a refurb but spotlessly clean & fine for the long weekend we had it booked for. Great location, right next to the beach. Unfortunately we didn't realise that just about everything shuts down on 31st Oct so if you're looking a winter break, possibly not the best place to go. Having said

the appartment was not the one we originally booked so was not 30 meters from the beach..we were informed on arrival that our appartment had been changed as it was our honeymoon it was very well equiped and Antonio was extremely helpful and friendly...

It was quiet and clean, nice pool, air conditioning in both the bedroom and lounge/kitchen areas. There were some bars & small supermarkets nearby and a nice beach within a few yards walking distance.

We found the staff to be 'uber helpful' . Everyone from reception to housekeeping to maintenance were all exceptional. Apartment fabulous and serviced EVERY DAY. Clean towels all the time! Amazing!! Totally clean, modern, extremely well equipped ( washing machine in every apartment) with all new appliance. Best holiday complex ever and I am a 5* fussy guest. Would definitely return. Gloria in reception is a true angel.
