  Decent size room with comfortable beds, excellent bathroom, a/c & ceiling fan, Degusto coffee machine (1 euro per pod), helpful staff excellent breakfast, large terrace with sunbeds and nice view.pool good for a dip. 10 mins from beach and 25 from Balcon de Europa. 5 mins from buses to Malaga, or to caves or Frigiliana (both well worth visitin... ce que les gens disent » g). Taxi from Malaga airport booked through hostal was on time, good cars and cos - The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was a wonderful start to each day with every kind of fresh fruit you could wish for and beautiful views of Nerja. The rooms were clean, comfortable and secure and the overall atmosphere was quite and relaxing. We have a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is really cozy, our room was clean and personnel was very helpful. Really enjoyed peace and quiet of this place. Great value for money - we will definitely come back for longer stay.

  Absolutely one of the nicest rooms we have ever visited anywhere. The bed was especially comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the restaurant excellent. Full breakfast was included. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful.

  The staff in this family run pension is exceptionally nice and welcoming. Speaks english but will be very patient if you want to train your spanish! Rooms are basic, but really comfy and very clean, and the lovely terrasse is perfect to rest after a walk or the beach, to have a coffee and toast in the morning or a drink at night. We had a wonderfull stay there! - Great place We were welcomed like long lost friends. Delia was wonderful. Tried hard to help us with our spanish, we tried hard to try. Altogether a very relaxing stay. Rooms spotless. Breakfasts tostada en tomate. Bliss, daddys own tomatoes!! A little noisy at night, but hey this is Espana. Nothing starts till 10pm !!

  We stayed at Casa Rural Jardin Del Desierto for 5 nights in June and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Tabernas is a very pleasant, authentic little town with a surprising number of cafes and bars and great access to the film studios, and jeep tours of the desert which are not to be missed. On arrival we were offered a choice of rooms and chose one with a large private balcony which was ideal for spe - Although somewhat compact, the rooms are uniquely decorated and furnished in a tasteful and funky way. Unfortunately we were unable to dine there as it was booked for a party but judging from the tapas we were served, we missed a treat. A refreshing change from the run of the mill chain hotels.

The hotel has also its own restaurant where the owner is a chef - food there is delicious, a real gourmet experience
