No english TV channels Couch could have been more comfortable.

This was my second stay at Gran Via Apartments. The accommodation. location and staff are all excellent. I'll be happy to stay there again on future trips.

Excellent location, characteristic restored building, tastefully furnished apartment, ideal for short stays./Ubicazione eccellente, vecchio stabile ristrutturato, appartamento arredato con gusto, ideale per chi vuole trascorrere brevi periodi di vacanza.

Down-sized air-conditioning system./Impianto condizionamento sottodimensionato.

Location - close to all amenities (metro, supermarket, restaurants and cafes); within walking distance of most major attractions.

Location - on the edge of the red light district, not an attractive calle. Facilities - basic quality; shower wand had no wall support; beds circa 45 cm (18 inches) high; WiFi - Internet did not work initially then connection proved erratic; no regular hours for reception.. Staff attitude - seemed to understand English selectively; did not make an effort to fix the shower problem.
