hotel is in a fantastic location in central madrid.
staff very helpful.
our studio (room 5F) was on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel.
room was ideal plenty of room, bed comfortable, good storage space. kitchen area ideal, bathroom clean and tidy.
i would definitely use the hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The boss is very nice. If you can meet him, you can get help, but it's not always there at receiption. The location is very good, but it's not easy to find it. -

We cannot fault this little gem in the heart of the Spanish capital. I
defy you to find better-located accommodation anywhere else in Madrid! A
5-min.walk from Plaza Cibeles (2nd stop on the Airport Transfer), 5 min
from metro stops Sevilla and Antoni Martin. Surrounded by great tapas
bars, cosy restaurants, breakfast bars and a corner shop directly
opposite. Plaza Santa Ana is around the corner and major attractions
like Parque Buen Retiro, El Prado or La Reine Sofia are all within 5-10

Central location. Can walk to puerto del sol, plaza mayor areas. Then on the other side, can walk to museo del prado etc.
From the airport, take express bus to atocha then take the metro and stop at anton martin. the hostel is around 2-3 blocks from the anton martin metro station. Just follow the numbers. It has a small sign so look closely. If you see stores selling cloth and women's tailored dresses, you're near.
Jose was very helpful. Explaining all the sights and things to do.

Hostel Aguliar is an excellent Hostal. It is in the middle of the city.
I loved that I could tour all day, and go back to freshen up around the
corner. I was able to walk to the Hard Rock Cafe' for some American
food, but the location offeres many Tapas locations, as well as bakery
places for morning coffee/ breakfast. The price to stay in the cit

The hotel is very center located, and only 3-5 minutes from metro "Sol". The rooms were recently renovated. They are simple, but of a good size and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful! The hotel doesn`t suggest breakfast, but there are a lot of cafes nearby.

Puerta del Sol, with a subway station 1 min away, and at walking
distance from the major attractions (Gran Via, Plaza de Cibeles, Calle
Alcalá, Palacio Real, Catedral de Almudena, Paseo del Prado, etc.) a lot

The rooms were very clean, WiFi was very fast and consistent. The hostel is a minute's walk from Puerta del Sol - the liveliest area of the city, and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. The receptionist was helpful, and recommended nearby places of interest.

Just perfect for a stay in Madrid for some night close to everything. A bit small room, but always very clean and newly restaurated. Very silent, as long as the window is closed. Noisy city outside! Shower with instant hot water. Fridge that works perfect. Good elevator.

Victoria is just steps away from sol in Madrid; it's a perfect
location for restaurants and shops (and Metro) and wanting to be where
it's all happening. The price is good--actually it's excellent--
considering the location. The room (we were in room 8 just down the hall
from check-in) was very quiet. And given how the building seems old and
dark, the room was amazingly clean.

A really short walk to Gran Via and Sol, so the location can't be
best. Our Superior Double room was perfectly comfortable, although a
little dim as there wasn't much light from the interior-facing
