  Great location, very quiet area, great apartment for 2-4 people. The hosts were helpful and very kind, but there is no cleaning during the stay so you have to keep it clean yourself. I would come back!

  The hostal is a very nice apartment (or two joint apartments) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful modernist house, with these old-style elements like shutters, tiled floor, wicker sofa, and separate taps for cold and hot water, and our room had a beautiful little balcony with forged railings. Everything in the apartment was not new, but it was clean ... ce que les gens disent » and everything was functioning well - cold/hot water, electricity. The hostesses, Maria and Martina, were very nice and helpful. Living in this real b - The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready

  Design apartements hotel at a perfect location to visit Barcelona (at a quiet street near the University area, where locals and not so many tourist stay, within 5-10 min walk from Catalonia sq., Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia), many restaurants and tapas-cervecerias in the area frequented by locals (not only tourists), reasonably priced (15-2... ce que les gens disent » 0 euros pp full course). We stayed for a week at apartement 602 (probably the best of the hotel facing the street) at the 6th floor, with a double bed - -Good location, 2 minutes walk from Placa Universitat, 10 minutes to La Rambla -Stylish and modern interior of the hotel and apartments, clean and fresh -Good layout of the apartment itself, we made our own breakfast at apartment, good eqipped kitchen -Friendly staff, got lot of help and tips from guy at the reception. -Chek out time 12 p.m. : very nice if you are tired on mornings -Lot of cafeterias, bars, small supermarkets in the neighborhood -I will recommend this hotel to family and friend
